It’s spring break. Time to get outside. Georgia, and especially North Georgia, has some of the most gorgeous parks in the nation. There are so many options to choose from in this great state of ours.
We highly recommend the GA state park called Cloudland Canyon. This park features amazing hikes, fun activities and just outside the park is a museum dedicated to the band Alabama. Bet you didn’t know that.
Also on a must see list is Providence Canyon. This Georgia state park is also known as the Little Grand Canyon. But it’s still a big marvel.
If you want something a little more strenuous, we recommend the Georgia state park hike up Blood Mountain. It’s about a 5-mile hike, but the vistas are well worth it.
These and other Georgia parks are not too far from metro Atlanta and are a lot of fun. So check them out.
